Free Standard Shipping across Israel
Your order will be shipped out in 5-7 business days after order confirmation and delivered by Israel Postal Service to the nearest to you post office.

Exchange and Return Policy
- Exchanges could be done within 14 days from the receiving of your parcel
- Items purch during the special promotions / on sale could be returned or exchanged within 7 days from receiving.

- Returned item is to be sent back by registered mail with the contact name and number provided for direct communication.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive it back.
- According to Ministry of Health Guidelines, absolutely no refunds will be issued and no returns accepted for the undergarments. Issued even if the item remains in a sealed package / unused / unopened.
